4. Security assessments

All ThreatRiX assessments are passive OSINT only. We do not access, interact with, or store data from client systems beyond what is publicly available. Assessment reports are classified CONFIDENTIAL and shared only with authorised recipients.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Assessment reports are retained for 24 months unless otherwise agreed. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the Indian IT Act and GDPR (for EU data subjects), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics which is privacy-first and does not use cookies. No cookie consent banner is required.
